Job Description:

As an HVAC Installer with One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning, you will be crucial in delivering top-notch HVAC installations in residential settings. Your role will involve installing a variety of HVAC systems, performing upgrades, and ensuring high standards of safety and customer satisfaction. Your dedication and skill will help maintain our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and thermostats in residential settings.
• Perform equipment and parts upgrades as needed to meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure accurate and efficient installations.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards to ensure a safe working environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the installation process, ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in HVAC installation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Salary:

Our Installers earn between $65,000 and $85,000 annually, with top performers reaching over $85,000 annually. With our uncapped earning potential, imagine all the possibilities!
