Job Description

Location: Indianapolis, IN Pay Range: $60,000 to $80,000 Overview Come grow with us by joining our team as a HubSpot Marketing Specialist! In this role, you will play a critical role for the company and will work alongside other professionals within the team and other departments. You will take ownership of our Hubspot CRM (customer relationship management) system to support our marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure that Hubspot is effectively utilized to enhance customer engagement, retention, and value. Responsibilities Below is an overview of the duties and responsibilities you would take on in this role:
  • Own the development and execution of HubSpot strategies to enhance marketing efforts and increase customer engagement.
  • Manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HubSpot solutions across marketing channels.
  • Analyze contact and customer data to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies.
  • Create and own targeted marketing campaigns based on customer segmentation and behavior analysis.
  • Develop, optimize and manage email campaigns, landing pages, and social media scheduling, ensuring they reflect our brand voice and meeting marketing objectives.
  • Communicate errors or areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and HubSpot activities, making data-driven decisions to improve performance.
  • Stay up to date with the latest HubSpot technologies and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Create and manage corporate communications and coordinate department level alignment for the content calendar
  • Communicate with upper management directly to discuss expectations and deliver reports
  • Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge of trends, technologies, and best practices on an ongoing basis
  • Manage email lists and target audiences to ensure accuracy of data.

Minimum Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business marketing or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in Hubspot marketing or related CRM platform
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing
  • Experience in managing email reputation, including monitoring sender score, maintaining IP and domain health, and implementing
  • Strong organizational, analytical and communication (verbal and written) skills
  • A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Proficient with MS Office
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in B2B equipment marketing
  • HubSpot Certified and/or previous HubSpot experience
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful CRM strategies
  • Prior digital marketing and email campaign management experience
  • Hardworking, flexible and detail oriented
