POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented HubSpot Admin to manage all aspects of Gather's HubSpot instance, including our enterprise CRM, marketing, and service hubs. This role is crucial for maintaining a robust infrastructure that drives our revenue, marketing, and sales operations. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience managing a sophisticated HubSpot setup, ensuring it supports our strategic initiatives, optimizes processes, and delivers accurate and timely data insights.

As the HubSpot Admin, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our complex system architecture, managing integrations, optimizing workflows, and providing comprehensive reporting to support decision-making. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to align technology with business needs, enabling our Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Service teams to perform at their best.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and manage the entire HubSpot ecosystem, including CRM, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub, ensuring optimal performance and scalability. 
  • Collaborate with the Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Sales, Customer Service and Operations teams to design and implement workflows, automations, and processes that drive efficiency and revenue growth. 
  • Own and maintain integrations between HubSpot and other platforms such as our Property Management Software, Proprietary Software, Slack, and our booking systems, ensuring seamless data flow and accurate reporting. 
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data integrity issues, workflow errors, and system performance. 
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to leadership and cross-functional teams. 
  • Lead HubSpot training sessions and provide ongoing support to internal teams, ensuring best practices are followed across the organization. 
  • Manage segmentation, lead scoring, and automation strategies to optimize marketing campaigns and sales processes. 
  • Create innovative marketing email and ad campaigns using programmatic emails, and rich segmentation with product recommendations through the lifecycle of the contact.
  • Implement updates and enhancements to HubSpot, including managing the roll-out of new features and ensuring proper configuration.. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • An experienced HubSpot administrator with 3+ years managing complex CRM, marketing, and service hub setups in a high-growth environment.
  • Highly knowledgeable in data management, process optimization, and system integrations within the HubSpot ecosystem. 
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to turn data into actionable insights and process improvements. 
  • Proficient in designing workflows, automations, and segmentations that enhance both sales and marketing effectiveness. 
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities and projects with tight deadlines in a dynamic environment. 
  • Collaborative and an excellent communicator, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
  • Committed to continuous learning and staying up-to-date on the latest HubSpot features, industry trends, and best practices. 

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary Range: $95,000 - $100,000 based on experience and achievement
