About Us:

Tru by Hilton Wilmington Wrightsville Beach is Wilmington’s newest hotel, located adjacent to the coveted 400-acre Mayfaire Town Center. Tru by Hilton is a fun, vibrant new hotel brand grounded in value and offering all the essentials for today’s travelers. The hotel opened in July 2024 and is located at 1010 Ashes Drive, Wilmington, NC 28405.

The Role:

As a Housekeeper , you're not just cleaning rooms – you're creating an oasis of comfort and cleanliness that guests will appreciate from the moment they step in.

What You'll Do:

• Transform guest rooms into havens of relaxation and comfort.
• Master the art of meticulous cleaning, ensuring no detail goes unnoticed.
• Stock rooms with all the essentials to ensure guest comfort.
• Collaborate with fellow housekeeping team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Prioritize guest requests and ensure they are met promptly and thoroughly.
• Uphold high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the hotel.
• Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.

Your Skills and Style:

• Your attention to detail is impeccable – you spot dirt where others might not.
• You're efficient and organized, making each room a masterpiece in record time.
• Communication is your forte – you're responsive and open to feedback.
• Experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a related field is preferred.
• You're comfortable using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
• You take pride in your work and understand the impact it has on our guests' experiences.
• Your schedule flexibility means you're open to weekends and holidays.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is your foundation; experience cleaning hotel guest rooms is required.
