Marbled & Fin, the luxurious new concept in downtown Charleston, is locally owned and operated by The Neighborhood Dining Group (Husk, Delaney Oyster House, Minero, and The James). The restaurant features sleek interiors and progressive menus with an unwavering focus on top-notch hospitality.

Our modern steak and seafood restaurant has a focus on premium beef while also committing to refined, modern and creative local seafood and sides dishes. We are seeking team members who will embrace our culture of positivity and are committed to cultivating an atmosphere of excellence for our guests. What we are looking for:

• A minimum of 1+ years hosting in a fine dining environment.
• Those who are detail-oriented and organized, who can work proactively with a sense of urgency.
• Individuals who are engaging, people-oriented, and can clearly communicate with guests inside the restaurant and over the phone.
• Must have a passion for hospitality and a desire to facilitate memorable experiences for our guests.
• Proficiency in Resy, and comfortable organizing and managing reservations.

In this position, you have the opportunity to make a competitive hourly rate plus great tips. Pay rates and ranges listed are averages INCLUDING tips and fluctuate with business levels. Pay rates and ranges are not guaranteed and tips are given at the sole discretion of our guests.
