Job Description:
Provide FP&A and strategy support for CFO, lead critical enterprise-wide initiatives. Responsible for:
· Financial modeling, analysis & reports. Run point for tasks including: Design, develop, maintain & improve financial modeling reports and statements; and Capital calcs, debt service & covenant analysis (incl produce financial packages), and cash flow projections.
· Lead & support finance function of projects including M&A, restructures, treasury activities for working capital management & other balance sheet related items. Valuation of business segments as standalone entities from cost, income and comparable multiples approach.
· Financial reporting & audit of acquired Revenue Streams: design, build & analyze structure for business segments; and work through flaws of financial & billing platforms.
· Lead budgeting activities & project potential run rates, advising consolidation & cost savings.
· Perform month-end close support and identify new KPIs.
· Work with stakeholders including C-suite executives, Sr Leadership, dept. owners, Sales Ops, HR, private equity sponsors, investment banks, lenders and QoE auditors.
· Be a finance subject matter expert, including on cost and income structures of business segments.

Requirements
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
· 6 years of relevant experience in corporate accounting or finance.
· 6 years of experience in financial modeling, planning, and analysis functions, including annual budget, capital budgeting, long-term strategic planning and resource allocation processes.
· 6 years of experience in business specific operations and corporate development initiatives in both acquisitions and divestitures.
· 6 years of experience using NetSuite, Zuora, Microsoft Dynamics, JIRA, Confluence, PowerBI, Looker, Salesforce, Business Objects, and Hyperion.
· 5 years of experience with cleaning, aggregating, and pre-processing data from varied sources.
· 5 years of experience in analyzing large data sets, identifying trends and patterns.
· 3 years of experience using SQL queries for standard and ad hoc data mining.
· 2 years of experience working directly with C-suite executives, board members, investment bankers, QoE auditors, and other high-level stakeholders.
· 2 years of experience with credit agreements, lenders, covenant calculations and customizable financial concepts.
