Prestigious Fortune 500 Coompany is seeking recent college graduates to join their Transactional Risk & Intelligence Group (TRIG). This group is a centralized function within Financial Crimes Operations that delivers actionable transactional analysis and intelligence reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct due diligence research on parties involved in letters of credit to determine if the activities are commercially reasonable.
• Evaluate letters of credit exhibiting red flags for trade-based money laundering and assess if the risks can be mitigated.
• Analyze large datasets in Microsoft Excel, including geography, transactional values, volumes, and relational data.
• Write detailed observations and risk dispositions to help business partners understand customer behavior and manage risk.
• Communicate findings and provide appropriate direction to managers, reviewers, and business partners.

Day-to-Day Activities:
• Review and research transactions involving imported and exported products to ensure they are commercially reasonable.
• Assess customer activities and trade transactions for potential red flags.
• Work with extensive data in Microsoft Excel to perform detailed analyses.

Required Qualifications:
• 6+ months of experience in risk management, business controls, quality assurance, business operations, compliance, or process experience, or equivalent.
• Strong writing skills, research capabilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Desired Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, National Security & Intelligence Studies, or other relevant fields.
• Experience or understanding of BSA/AML compliance and risk management principles.
• Ability to evaluate risks and communicate them clearly and effectively.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel (including Pivot Tables and large data set analysis).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to build strong partnerships and work across multiple cultures.
• Proven interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage large and complex datasets.
• Industry certifications (e.g., CAMS certified, AML/Sanctions Credential Program, etc.) are a plus.
• Foreign language skills are an advantage.
