The Worldwide Amazon Stores organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support two Directors on our Amazon Robotics (AR) team in Bellevue, WA, Nashville, TN, Arlington, VA, or any of our FC locations (FC locations possible only if candidate is not already located in the greater Bellevue, Nashville, or Arlington area).

This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.

Key job responsibilities
• This position has an in-office requirement of at least 3 days a week.
• Complex calendar management and scheduling of internal meetings
• Managing travel bookings
• Submitting expenses
• Organizing, executing, and assisting with team activities (meeting agendas, town hall meetings, off-sites/summits, and team social events)
• Multi-tasking during ad hoc projects and ensuring successful follow up of action items
• Assisting with a wide variety of day-to-day administrative tasks on behalf of the Directors
• Organizing Director’s agendas and ensuring the smooth-running of their work in an ever-changing environment where priorities can change rapidly

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
