Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and creative Entry Level Marketing Assistant to join our Pattern Promotions team. This role is perfect for someone eager to start their marketing career and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, and help promote our clients' brands effectively. Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends
• Create and manage content for social media platforms and websites
• Collaborate with the design team to produce promotional materials
• Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
• Support the marketing team with administrative tasks as needed
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for campaigns

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Creative thinking with a passion for marketing
• Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of design software is a plus
