Weekend Hub Delivery Driver - Experienced Amazon DSP Drivers wanted!
This is not your average Amazon DSP driving job. This position is for a Hub Delivery Driver. These drivers
do not deliver packages to over 200 customers per day. Instead, hub routes have a
much longer drive time (3-4 hours each way) and they make between 4 and 8 stops, leaving large groups of packages with hub business partners that will then make the final deliveries.
What do drivers like most about this job? It is really a driving job. You will spend most of your day driving. Not hoping in and out of a van every 25 feet. They also enjoy the opportunity to start earlier in the day (7:40 AM) and be home in time for dinner with the family. Plus, there are a ton of other benefits including 401K match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Health Insurance!
$21.25 per hour base pay
We
start earlier than most, at 7:40 AM !!! This means that you can still be home to have dinner with the family after your 10.5 hour shift.
We are dispatch our fleet from the warehouse known as DKS3 @
10800 Mill Creek Rd, Olathe, KS 66061 and then make a stop at the nearby WCI1 to pick up our packages.

- Drive long distances safely including following the speed limit.
- Deliver top-notch customer experiences.
- Handle 3-4 hour drive time each way.
- Work independently while equipped with all the resources necessary to be successful. Innovative GPS technology, ProMaster vans, and efficient package organization are a few of the tools that allow you to meet both team and personal goals.
- Load delivery vans with accuracy and efficiency.
- Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
- Maintain their enthusiasm for the ever-expanding logistics industry.
Ensure that you can meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age .
- Have a valid driver's license. No CDL required.
- Deliver amazing customer experiences each and every time.
- Be a self-starter who can problem solve and make sound decisions.
- Operate delivery vehicles safely.
- Use a hand-held device for routing and customer delivery information.
- Navigate a variety of routes throughout our delivery area.
- Drive and work in varying weather conditions.
- Walk up/downstairs throughout the shift and get in and out of a vehicle.
- Be eligible to work in the United States
- Give consent for a pre-employment screenings
- Most importantly, be RELIABLE ! We depend on our drivers each and every day.
Eccles Express provides the following benefits:
- ~10.5 hour shifts, typically between 7:40 AM and 6:10 PM , 2 days per week, Saturdays and Sundays .
- Minimum Starting Wage at $21.25 per hour
- Direct deposit
- Paid time-off accrued for Full Time and Part Time drivers starting on Day 1!
