Pure has an exciting opportunity for a **Recruiting Director** to lead the overall field (customer facing) recruitment strategy for the Americas region. This role is critical in enabling our fast-growing business to achieve scale in a predictable way, enhancing and accelerating the careers of our TA team members, and contributing to the overall pursuit of excellence across Global TA. * Partner with our Sales and Cx (Customer Experience) management team to grow Pure through the next growth phase and beyond

* Assure TA strategy, investments in recruiting and sourcing, and prioritization and goal setting result in fulfillment of talent needs: right talent/skills, strong diversity/representation, appropriate job levels, staffing to the quarterly plan

* Communicate the function strategy, tactics and results to stakeholders and TA team, create transparency and engage others in actions and continuous improvement

* Leverage data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting programs and properly inform efforts for continuous improvement

**Your Impact:**

**Candidate Profile - this role requires:**

* 10+ years of experience in recruiting (or closely related) profession with at least four years of experience in a people management role to effectively lead a team of ~8-10 for a business segment/region generating >$1bn in revenue

* Experience in high-growth field organizations such as sales, consulting, other services (tech industry is preferred)

* Strong analytical and organizational skills in order to set strategy, tactics and key performance indicators (KPIs); measure/manage team commitments and contributions; and forecast outcomes for business stakeholders, etc.

* Track record of establishing trust and credibility with all stakeholders and contributors

* Ability to lead with empathy while also creating accountability among partners/others

* Motivation to pursue excellence; ability to identify, manage and enable change for the better as better never ends
