Arrowhead Lexus in Peoria, AZ , part of the Berge Auto Group, is looking for an experienced Dealership Billing Clerk .

Compensation: $23.00 - $25.00 /hour DOE

Hours: Full time Monday - Friday 7:00am -4:00pm (some late evenings expected at EOM)

Work Location: In person

A Billing Clerk records the sale, profits, and commissions that are payable on all sold units, and maintains accurate accounting of vehicle inventories.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Posting out of New and Used vehicles
• Maintaining accurate ECB chargebacks
• Responsible for paying sales people accurate commissions
• Responsible for salesperson charge backs when applicable
• Submitting Incentives
• Schedules (New Car Inventory, Used Car Inventory, We Owe)
• Provide additional administrative support as needed
• Process tittles for new and used cars.

• 1-2 years billing experience preferable in the Automotive Industry
