Job Description: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining data integrity. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and managing information in our databases with precision and accuracy. This role is essential for maintaining the flow of information within our organization, ensuring that all data is handled confidentially and appropriately.

Responsibilities: Input data accurately into various computer systems and databases. Verify and update existing data to maintain integrity and accuracy. Collaborate with team members to gather and clarify data requirements. Assist in data archiving and storage processes as needed. Identify and correct errors in data entries and resolve discrepancies promptly. Generate reports as directed by supervisors or department managers. Skills Required:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or office administration is a plus. Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role. Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute with high accuracy. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with database management. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Benefits:
