We offer a variety of dance styles, including ballet, jazz, hip-hop, contemporary, acro, Latin and more. Our mission is to teach more than dance. Through art, we teach life values to help build happy, healthy, responsible and successful kids. We are looking for talented individuals who are passionate, creative, outgoing, and able to work with young kids.

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Dance Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dance, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire students. As a Dance Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging dance lessons, preparing students for performances and fostering a positive learning environment.

**Responsibilities:**
- Plan and deliver dance lessons in various styles (e.g., ballet, jazz, hip-hop, contemporary, acro) for students of different ages and skill levels.
- Develop lesson plans that align with the studio's curriculum and goals.
- Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to help students learn dance techniques and choreography.
- Create a positive and exciting classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
- Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Prepare students for 2 recitals per year.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized studio space.
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning experience.
- Stay current with dance trends and techniques to enhance your teaching skills continually.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Dance Teacher or relevant role.
- Strong background in dance, with proficiency in multiple styles.
- Excellent teaching and communication skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Patient, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Certification or degree in Dance, Performing Arts, or related field is a plus.
