Job Description
(Panama City Beach, FL): Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking an Administrative Assistant. This is a full-time position offering a great opportunity for candidates with a positive attitude and administrative experience, particularly in the construction industry.
Essential Duties:
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and personable manner.
• Handle email correspondence, including sending test reports and invoices to clients.
• Create and maintain accurate test reports and invoices.
• Assist with receivable collections and follow up on overdue payments.
• Perform various general administrative tasks as required.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while communicating with clients and team members.
• Manage scheduling, documentation, and other office duties to support the company's operations.
Requirements/Skills:
• Previous administrative experience, ideally within the construction industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to be a positive “voice” for the company.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to meet deadlines and client demands.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive, motivated attitude with a focus on customer service and professionalism.
• Proficient in using office software and tools, including email, word processing, and spreadsheets.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
• Regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
• Occasionally required to stand and walk.
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
