Job Description

TechOp Solutions is seeking a dynamic and organized Communications Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting effective communication strategies, coordinating various communication activities, and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms. This role involves collaborating with different departments, managing communication projects, and enhancing the organization’s internal and external communications.

Must Reside in the DMV (District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia)

Duties:

• Communication Strategy and Planning

• Content Creation and Management

• Create visual representations of data such as graphs, tables, and charts to facilitate understanding. 

• Project Coordination

• Continuous Improvement and Process Optimization 

• Internal Communications Development and Distribution

• Monitoring and Reporting 

• Other duties, as assigned 

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. 

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in communications, public relations, or a related field. 

• Proven experience in developing and executing communication strategies and plans.

• Proven experience entering and managing data on web platforms. 

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
