We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial HVAC systems and a passion for providing top-notch service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment
- Install new HVAC units and components as needed
- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to ensure they are operating efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service
- Keep accurate records of all service and maintenance work performed
- Stay up-to-date on the latest HVAC technology and best practices
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC service and maintenance
- EPA certification
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
