Job Opportunity: Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform service and maintenance on commercial HVAC systems, focusing on RTUs and Split Systems.
* Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
* Conduct preventative maintenance to prolong equipment lifespan and prevent breakdowns.
* Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address service needs promptly.

Minimum Background Requirements:

* Commercial HVAC experience is a must (no residential experience required).
* Technical expertise in RTUs and Split Systems with a rating of 10/10.
* Limited refrigeration work (no Chillers).
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
* Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
