Commercial HVAC Technician

Pay Range: Negotiable, depending on experience.

Job Duties:

* Perform preventive maintenance, commissioning, and servicing of commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, VRV systems, boilers, pumps, and associated equipment and controls.
* Start up and commission new HVAC equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
* Communicate effectively with fellow technicians, engineers, managers, and clients.

Qualifications:

* Associate's Degree or equivalent from a Technical/Trade School with a Certificate in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC).
* Strong technical aptitude and a solid work ethic.
* Factory training provided; experience in commercial HVAC systems is a plus.

Benefits:

* Full-time position with a guaranteed 40 hours per week.
* Performance-based incentive plan.
* 1 to 3 weeks of vacation per year, increasing with tenure.
* Additional PTO: 4 hours each month after 90 days' employment.
* ½ Health insurance paid (employee or family).
* Eligibility for health insurance plan after 90-day probation, including long-term disability coverage and term life insurance paid by the company.
* 8 paid holidays per year
