Tradesmen International is immediately hiring Commercial Electricians for projects located in the Glen, VA area. This is a first shift opportunity working Monday through Friday with anticipated overtime and the pay rate is up to $32.50/hour based on experience. Job Scope:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in commercial settings
Route, wire, assemble, and electronic components such as terminal boxes, and main control switch panels.
Read and interpret blueprints to determine the location of wiring and equipment
Test electrical systems using tools such as ohmmeters and voltmeters
Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement solutions
Measuring, cutting, bending, and installing electrical EMT conduit pipe/cable tray and pulling wiring through conduit or laying cable in cable tray.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

Leer e interpretar planos para determinar la ubicación del cableado y el equipo

Requirements
Must Pass Drug Screen & Background Check
8 years of experience as a Commercial Electrician
Proficiency in using tools such as logic controllers, hand tools, ohmmeters, and voltmeters
Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
Knowledge of high voltage and low voltage systems
Familiarity with 3-4-way switches
