Job Description

C & B Equipment, a progressive family-owned company that has grown over 35 years to include John Deere Ag, Material Handling and Powersports locations, has an opening for a part-time Cleaning position at its John Deere dealership located in Sibley, IA. This individual would work a flexible schedule of approximately 4 hours per week with strong attention to detail. Previous cleaning experience preferred.

Essential Duties:

• Clean offices.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop and scrub floors. Strip and wax floors as necessary.
• Clean, sanitize and stock supplies in all bathrooms and break rooms.
• Empty all trash receptacles and transport trash to dumpster.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
• Performs cleaning and routine maintenance and other duties as directed by supervisor.
