About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for its marketing division. The successful candidate will work closely with the CMO, CEO, and Executive Leadership Team to develop and execute strategic initiatives, translating high-level goals into actionable objectives. This role involves supporting executive decision-making, managing key programs, driving organizational improvements, and addressing skill gaps to enhance processes and productivity. The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for facilitating cross-departmental communication, preparing executive-level reports, and ensuring the quality and consistency of deliverables across the marketing organization. Additionally, the role includes expanding global marketing talent development frameworks and overseeing budget control in partnership with the finance team.
