Job Description: Regional Van Truckload Driver Average pay: $915-$1,120 weekly Home time: Weekly Experience: All CDL holders Join our team as a Regional Van Truckload Driver and enjoy predictable power lanes with a high volume of freight. This position is designed to maximize your drive time with consistent freight and minimal downtime. You'll be dispatched in advance for improved planning, and with 95% no-touch freight, you're free to focus on the road ahead. Choose your schedule with two consecutive days off! Consistent mileage ensures reliable paychecks. High satisfaction from delivering essential goods that stock shelves. Enjoy a comprehensive pay package that reflects your hard work. Pay and Bonus Potential: Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving. Weekly performance pay to reward your efforts.

4,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers, paid in 12 monthly installments.
2,000 sign-on bonus for inexperienced drivers, also paid in 12 monthly installments.

Paid orientation to get you started on the right path. Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay annually. Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of your annual gross pay each year.
