Company Description BeWell Medical Alert provides medical alert systems and personal emergency response services to seniors and individuals with medical conditions. Our products include wearable devices with GPS tracking and fall detection, as well as home-based systems with 24/7 monitoring. Our goal is to help people maintain their independence and stay safe by providing quick and reliable access to emergency assistance in case of a medical emergency or accident. Our services offer peace of mind to both the users and their loved ones. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in New York, NY. The Business Development Manager will focus on expanding our B2B services in the field of preventive safety solutions for lone workers . Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic plans to drive revenue growth. Daily tasks involve conducting market research, networking, attending industry events, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance client experience and business expansion in the lone worker safety sector. Qualifications Proven experience in B2B business development or sales, preferably in workplace safety, risk management, or lone worker protection Strong analytical and market research skills, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities in the preventive safety sector Experience working with insurance companies and understanding how safety solutions integrate with workers’ compensation, liability insurance, and risk assessment frameworks (strong advantage) Deep knowledge of occupational safety regulations and compliance requirements related to lone worker protection Expertise in enterprise sales cycles and contract negotiations, including RFPs, partnership agreements, and long-term service contracts Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), data analytics tools, and lead generation platforms Technical understanding of safety monitoring systems, IoT-based tracking, and emergency response technologies (preferred) Ability to develop and execute strategic growth plans, including pricing models, market entry strategies, and competitive analysis Excellent presentation and proposal-writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex safety solutions to stakeholders Experience in integrating safety technologies (such as GPS tracking, wearables, or AI-driven monitoring tools) into business solutions is a strong plus Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Business Development and Sales Industries Medical Equipment Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr BeWell Medical Alert
