Overview:

Are you an organized and proactive individual with a knack for administrative support? We are seeking a talented Bookkeeper to join our team remotely. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth running of our sales procedures and supporting our Account Management team.

As a Bookkeeper, you'll handle a variety of tasks including managing sales documents, coordinating meetings, and maintaining internal databases. Your ability to balance multiple tasks and contribute innovative ideas will help strengthen our client relationships and drive our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, file, and retrieve sales-related documents efficiently.
- Design and update sales proposals to align with our objectives.
- Maintain and update internal databases with accurate account information.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and demos for the Account Management team.
- Research prospective clients and their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless pre- and post-sales service.
- Relay customer feedback to Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams.
- Create detailed reports on campaign results and performance.
- Conduct market and competitive research to support our strategies.
- Assist in developing promotional materials such as presentations and videos.

What We're Looking For:

- Proven experience as an Account Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hands-on experience with CRM software.
- Experience in marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
