• Maintains a clean area in order to properly wash and sort soiled dishes, and preps foods as needed.
• Sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.
• Maintains clean / dry floors throughout the shift.
• Properly wash, stack, and store china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.
• Changes water of machines and sinks every two hours, or more often as required by business levels, and properly uses chemical dilutions set by EcoLab.
• Maintains trash cans throughout shift and removes full trash cans and boxes at the end of each shift.
• Maintains the dry storage area and the organization of storage shelves.
• Follows the posted daily dish cleaning duties.
• Assists in food prep and any other duties set forth or requested by leadership as needed (will be trained).

Requirements

* Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
* Must be eligible to work in the United States
* Must have a source of reliable transportation
* Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low
* Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
* Works in hot, noisy and fast paced environment
* Mobility required during shifts
* Must work well under pressure
* Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
* Able to stand for prolonged periods (entire shift), walk, bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects, as needed
* Willing to work a flexible schedule and arrive to work at the scheduled time
* Able to maintain positive energy throughout shift with a willingness to serve
* Demonstrates integrity
