This is a rare opportunity for a junior attorney who is looking for a fast-track career jump. Note: This list is not exhaustive; additional tasks may be assigned as needed to support IT operations.

Compensation: $120,000-$150,000 (DOE)

Pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Subject to certain eligibility requirements, bonus and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, dental and vision insurance benefits, retirement plan and paid time off.

In addition to monetary compensation, employees are provided with a robust selection of benefits, including:

  • Comprehensive medical insurance plans (PPO BCO and PPO HSA (with an HSA contribution up to $2000) provided by BCBSIL)
  • Dental insurance plan (PPO provided by Guardian)
  • Vision insurance plan (PPO provided by EyeMed)
  • Access to a retirement savings plan (We match 100% of the first 3% of salary deferral plus 50% of the next 2% of salary deferral)

  • Parental leave
  • Commuter benefits
  • Short-term and long-term disability coverage
  • Accidental death coverage
  • Other leave programs

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
  • 3 – 12 years litigation experience.
  • Admission to practice in Washington.
  • Experience with motion practice and depositions.
  • Capable of independent work.
  • Ability to work in an organized and efficient manner.
  • Superior research and writing skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to analyze complex matters.
