Acara Solutions is looking for Assembly Operators for our client in Cerritos, CA

Pay: $20-$22 hourly

Essential Functions

• All essential duties are able to perform with or without reasonable accommodation to all individuals with or without disability.
• Assembly electronic devices, i.e. camera drone.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality control checks after assembly to ensure the proper functioning and reliability of the electronic devices.
• Calibrate and adjust electronic equipment to meet manufacturer specifications and performance standards.
• Utilize testing equipment, schematics, and technical documentation to test, diagnose, and isolate problems within electronic circuits and components after assembly.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic devices, equipment, and systems to identify issues, malfunctions, and defects after assembly.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide technical expertise and support for resolving electronic-related issues.
• Keep accurate records of repairs, parts used, and maintenance procedures performed.
• Log the proper transactions in the system, and verify all parts the customers requested are included in the box so they are ready for the Quality Control stage
• Support the teams with other drone models
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Job Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in consumer electronic products repair or component repair (remote control devices/phone/camera/computer, etc.) is required
• Soldering skill is a must;
• Know how to use screwdriver (small)
• High School Diploma or GED - Not Required
• Must Pass Background Screening
• Hours: Mon -Fri 7:00 am to 3:30 pm . OT is REQUIRED (10 hours shift, stay until 5:30 pm)
• Able to meet or exceed metrics daily
• Project role that may convert to a Temp to Hire role
