Responsibilities: - Follow and comply with documents such as work instructions, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
- ssemble mechanical, optical, or electrical components and subassemblies following specified work instructions and procedures to ensure finished product meets established operational, quality, and cosmetic requirements.
- Continuously perform visual inspections of materials for defects and conduct any range of functional tests and cleaning at prescribed intervals to ensure proper operation of various components during assembly.
- Report deviations from standard to appropriate resource for review, instruction and authorization and conducts quality inspection at specified intervals.

- Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety procedures.

Basic Qualifications:
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associate Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated proficiency at operating 25%-50% of workstations as documented by training record.
- Entry-level soldering with certification, if applicable.
- If applicable, IPC J-STD-001 Solder certification required with entry-level soldering.
- The candidate should be able to lift 5 or 10 pounds with assistance.
- Due to the nature of the job the candidate should be able to lift 32 pounds with assistance.
