Area Manager Benefits

Relocation assistance
Potential bonus in the range of $10,000 to $25,000 annually, paid per 13-periods
Car Allowance of $6,000 per year, paid $500 monthly

Area Manager Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree (Hospitality, Business, or related field) preferred
3+years experience in a multi-unit role with a fast food brand with drive-through - this is a must have deal-breaker
Proven leadership and performance record of success in a multi-unit role working with young adults
Coach your team on how to deliver a competitively superior guest dining experience; anticipate, identify, and resolve issues that impact the guest experience
Staff, train, develop and retain best-in-class, engaged, guest-focused managers & staff
Develop and empower managers & employees to make decisions independently that positively affect the guest experience
Establish plans, communicate strategy, and measure specific financial goals to achieve sustainable increases in restaurant sales and profitability
